Last week Chris came out to fix our toilet and replace the internal tank components. He was great to work with and was always pleasant and informative. This week we had Joshua to come out and look at a refrigerator water line that was peaking after a new refrigerator install. Our house is old and the pipe is too. Joshua on time, very professional, explained possible issues with potential fixes along with cost. He fixed the issues without it being something more complex than it was. MPS is a wonderful company that truly appreciate their customers and you can tell thru love their job and their company. Always will recommend to anyone who has plumbing needs.

I cannot express how grateful and satisfied I am with Josh at Mechanical Plumbing Service for helping us through an emergency hot water heater issue, and new installation. We are currently stationed in California while our home is being rented out nearly 2,500 miles away. Since we don't have a property manager, we coordinate directly with our tenants and any service providers ourselves, making situations like this especially stressful. From the very beginning, Josh made the entire process feel effortless. He kept us informed every step of the way, communicated promptly, and took the time to patiently explain everything to us. His professionalism, honesty, and willingness to go above and beyond gave us complete peace of mind, despite the distance. We couldn't have asked for better service. This is an all-in family business! I believe three generations and lots of enthusiasm. They have absolutely gone above and beyond for my project! They are absolute all-stars and kept my remodel on track when I had to go out of state for a family emergency. Im a bit of a hands on homeowner so entrusting them with opening and closing my slab and all of the other extras that occurred in my absence were greatly appreciated! I still in awe of their dedication to the craft and taking care of my project. They provided a grief counselor contact and prayed over my family and me in my darkest times. They were very professional. It took him three hours to replace some plumbing in an old house, which was amazing. They upgraded the plumbing in the bathtub. They were very kind and explained everything and prompt with their timing. They had a very small area to work with, and they did a great job! Highly recommend this company and yes, Ill use them again if I need to someplace else.

June special: Free Inspection of Pipes. The Plumber that came to our house was Chris. He was very thorough and offered the needed recommendations. There was no pressure or sales pitch involved. He was honest and respectful! Should we have a plumbing problem this company can be trusted with the job.

We had just gotten home from TN and our hot water heater was leaking. It was on a Sunday, so the local hardware stores were either closed or about to close. My husband called and Chris came out as quickly as he could. He was very professional, efficient and the bill was reasonable, especially for an after hour charge!

Joshua Hoffman addressed a hard water issue at my home. He cleaned all of my lines and installed a water softener and filtration system. Would recommend to anyone.

Josh and his team did a amazing job ... Came in and found the problem because I had no hot water and a horrible leak... So I decided to get my house repiped to pex and got it done within 2 1/2 days and house has no leaks and fantastic water pressure and hot water ... Couldnt ask for a better team, thanks again

Had a great experience with Mechanical Plumbing Systems, Inc. Joshua Hoffman arrived right on time and was professional from start to finish. He scoped my sewer line and provided a detailed report along with the video file, which I really appreciated for my records. He even included specific pipe dimensions so I knew exactly what I was looking at. He was clean, respectful of the property, and left my house spotless. Highly recommend Joshua if you want the job done right.

After trying to fix the toilet myself, I realized the job was more than I could handle. Joshua came out to the house the same week. He had everything fixed and put back together in an hour. I had 2 technicians come out to do a complete re-pipe of my house. They sent me text updates on when they were coming and promptly showed up just as scheduled! Mechanical Plumbing Systems did a great job finding and fixing a leak at my home. The issue was a pipe to my pools auto-fill that hadnt been glued when the pool was installed. We had a clog in our system, about an inch of water on both of our bathrooms floors. I called with an emergency request and had someone over within an hour. Joshua showed up and helped clean our waste grinder, fix our pump, and reset both of our home toilets in a matter of 2 hours. Joshua was friendly, caring, and willing to go out of his way to ensure our system was going to be up and running for the weekend. Will definitely be returning to this company with my future plumbing needs.

I called them at 8 AM in the morning and they were at my house in 2 1/2 three hours.Codi could not Have been any nicer, and was very professional. He added two shut off Valves to an outside Shower and replaced a hose bib In less than an hour and a Half. Their rates are extremely reasonable. I would recommend them for any plumbing need you may have.

Simply the best - honest, competent, friendly and professional Other companies tried to upsell me or just straight replace the existing Liberty grinder pump. Joshua correctly diagnosed the problem - impeller was bound up with obstruction. He cleared it, verified floats worked, restored pump power and . . . back in business. MPS saved me thousands compared to other companies. Hire these guys. Theyre honest and competent.

We had a wonderful experience with Mechanical Plumbing Systems! The gentlemen arrived on time, were knowledgeable, friendly and professional, and installed our new hot water heater in just 2 hours. We had a plumbing emergency a couple of weeks ago that required us to turn off the water main, leaving us without water. I called several plumbers, but none were available to come out that day. Thankfully, I was referred to Cody at MPS. Within 15 minutes of getting off the phone with him, he was at our home, assessing the possible issues, and giving me quotes for the work required. He let me know they'd have our water back on that day. With 45 minutes of him leaving our home, Daniel and Justin showed up and went straight to work. About 2 hours later, our water was back on! Even better, the work came with a warranty. Cody, Daniel, and Justin were all very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I'm so grateful to have found them, and will not hesitate to call them again should the need arise. I highly recommend MPS for all your plumbing needs!
