Collin has worked in the plumbing industry for over 35 years and is a Master Plumber and licensed General Plumbing Contractor in the State of Alabama.  He has been around the plumbing business his entire life and began his career in residential plumbing in 1989. His father taught him and his 2 brothers the plumbing business at an early age and this is where he developed his skill set and love for the plumbing industry. It is in his DNA.

After 17 years of working for other companies, in 2006 Collin and his father started a successful plumbing business together in Florida. In 2012, Collin and his wife Melanie saw that the southern Alabama communities and surrounding counties where they reside were underserved but growing and they thought the time way right to start a new startup residential plumbing company in the area they love and live in. This is when they made the leap of faith to start MPS and each year in business has seen significant year-over-year growth and the company has since expanded into Commercial and Industrial plumbing projects which now makes up over 90% of the business. Collin manages all the companies’ corporate finances and field operations which include: sales, bidding/estimating process, staffing/scheduling of projects, contractors and sub-contractors, purchasing/inventory and site management.
